Are you looking to renew your Australian passport and need a new set of passport photos? I can help you with that. As you have already found out, I may be one of just a handful of photographers that can create Australian passport photos between Virginia Beach and Richmond, Virginia. Unlike American passports that require a 2x2” photo, other countries, like Australia and Canada, have strict photo requirements to follow or your application for renewal will be rejected. This is not something you can do at home with your own camera and laser printer.
Here are a few of the requirements for Australian passport photos.
The size of the photo must be between 35mm-4mm x 45mm-55mm.
Captured on a white or light background that shows contrast to your face.
They must be recent, taken within 6 months of your application.
The chin-to-crown measurement must be between 32mm and 36mm.
You may not smile. You should have a neutral expression.
Below are some recent photographs of Australian citizens I have captured for their passport photo applications. I use Profoto softboxes for high-quality lighting, professional Canon 5d Mark IV camera bodies, and a DNP die sublimation color printer for perfect results. Please call me at 757-681-2808 to schedule a time for your Australian passport photo session. Allow @ 15 minutes to complete the process.
